Main functions:

Steps:

1 Take impressions.
 

2 Cast gypsum, to be dry model after the plaster model, remove the part of the tongue and tongue should be so that it becomes "U" type.
 

3 Place the molding piece on the molding machine, clamp it, and lift it to a heated place. The model will be placed on the vacuum sucker vacuum forming machine.

 

4 Heat the hard disk with a vacuum heater to make it about 2 cm. The deeper the depression, the thinner the retainer will be. Move it down onto the model until it is fully seated.
 

5 Vacuum with a vacuum machine for 15-20 seconds to ensure molding. Remove the heater and allow the mold to cool before removing it.

 

6 Trim the excess with a pair of scissors, or grind it down with a bur in 2~3mm under the edge of the eyelid. Trim the edge and keep 0.5mm below the edge of the gum. .

 

7 After the dental mouthpiece is trimmed, place the mouthpiece on the model again and check for consistency. Such an orthodontic retainer is made. If the edges are not close enough, you can bake it with an alcohol lamp and bend it inward until it closes. In the same way, plastic sheets of different thicknesses and hardness can be used to make whitening trays and tooth pads.
