Q1. How do I order from you?
A1. We will make quotation after you send us your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send us your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you the payment way. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
Q2. How long is your delivery time?
A2. Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15 days if the goods are not in stock, becased on the model and quantity.
Q3. Can you bear the freight?
A3. The price we quote you is our factory price, not included other cost like shipping cost and transportation costs. Our distributors also need to bear this cost, as we usually give them the factory price and they use their own freight forwarder to deliver the goods.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
